I have experience working with Power BI reports, visualization, building a dashboard and coming to my last project, Medidata. So Medidata is basically a US based Technology company. As a Power BI developer, I have experience working on a plasma collection project for a healthcare organization. In this project, my main responsibilities were to design and develop the Power BI reports and dashboards that provide insights into the plasma collection process.
To achieve this, I worked closely with the project team to understand the data sources, data models, and business requirements. I used Direct Query mode to connect to the SQL Server database and built the data model based on the Donor, donor_identification, donor_address, site, and product_collection tables.
Once the data model was complete, I designed and developed the Power BI reports and dashboards using various visualizations such as tables, charts, and graphs. The reports provided a overview of the plasma collection process, including donor demographics, identification information, addresses, and plasma collection by donors.
During the development process, I also used various techniques such as calculated columns, measures, and DAX expressions to enhance the functionality of the reports and enable drill-down capabilities for the end-users.
I worked closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure that the reports met their needs and requirements. This involved regular communication, gathering feedback, and making necessary changes to the reports based on the feedback received.
